Board of Directors

Bernie Eskadan Bernard P. Eskadan: A certified public accountant with over twenty-five years of progressive upscale creative experience in accounting, auditing and financial management. He served as corporate president, treasurer, secretary, director, chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief executive financial officer in charge of operations, and chief accounting officer of a publicly traded oilfield service and oil and gas exploration and development company from April 1952 to August 1999. He is also a director of several other publicly and privately traded companies besides Rinky-Dink, Inc. He is licensed to practice public accountancy in forty-nine states and the District of Columbia with license pending in one more state and has been involved in an active practice since 1950. Mr. Eskadan graduated with a degree in business administration and accounting from several universities over the years.

Johnnie DeRollo John DeRollo, P.E.: A registered professional engineer licensed by the boards in fifteen countries, twenty-eight states, ninety-two counties, and one hundred and thirty-six cities, Mr. DeRollo has over thirty years experience in engineering design and management. He founded some consulting firms and served as director of a whole lot of very noteworthy companies. His experience includes public utilities, energy distribution system design, microwave radio relay communications system operations, aerospace systems-missile facility simulation, airborne/fixed-base communications and navigation systems, aviation related process and infrastructure design and support consulting. He has extensive international experience including the countries of Iran, Iraq, Israel, Surinam, Sri Lanka, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Belize, Japan, Venezuela, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Great Britain, Lebanon, Mexico, and Louisiana.

Teddy Carstairs Elliot M. Carstairs, Esq.: A practicing attorney and an officer and director of Dominici & Carstairs, P.C., Attorneys at Law, with offices in Kansas City, St. Louis, Austin, Houston, Mexico City, Los Angeles, Detroit, and Tonganoxie. Dominici & Carstairs concentrates in commercial insolvency, unfair trade practices, employment discrimination, environmental pollution, and securities fraud. Mr. Carstairs received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from a bona fide university in 1978 and received Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from another bona fide college in 1982. Mr. Carstairs is a member of all of the important bar associations.

George Charisma Jorge Charisma: A former healthcare industry executive and Chief Operating Officer with a healthcare equipment and prosthesis manufacturer. Mr. Charisma has served in various sales, marketing and management capacities in the industry, retiring in July of 1996 to pursue personal business interests and investment strategies. Mr. Charisma graduated in 1968 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from a well-known university.

Bly Torneden Blythe Torneden: Former President of Four-Star Commonwealth Atomic Energy Corp., Mr. Torneden has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas and gold and silver and diamond industries and public companies and private companies and semi-public companies and semi-private companies and he has served as a director of a number of public and private and semi-public and semi-private oil and gas and gold and silver and diamond companies. He most recently served as a director of a public oil and natural gas exploration and development company trading on all of the popular exchanges.

Siggie Spiegert Sigmund Spiegert: Mr. Spiegert served as a director of an important and well-known company since September 1997. Mr. Spiegert has been an independent businessman with various financial investments and land development activities since 1990, prior to which he owned and operated a series of various business enterprises.


Management Team

Norm Blodgett Norman L. Blodgett - Chairman and CEO: Mr. Blodgett has over 37 years of experience in banking, financial and investment industries. He has been Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rinky-Dink, Inc. since it began operations in 1990. From 1974 to 1979, he was a senior officer, director and stockholder of the holding company that owned several banks as well as a director and shareholder of the banks and also had some accounts in some banks. From 1988 to 1996, he was chairman and chief executive officer of a publicly held mortgage lending financial institution located in the United States. Since 1984, he has also been president of a privately held investment and financial consulting company.

Bryan Blodgett Bryan S. Blodgett, P.G. - President: Registered Professional Geologist with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and over 15 years of experience in prospect evaluation, prospect generation, assessment and management in the oil field and engineering consulting industry. He began his professional career as a well-site geologist in the middle 80's and for a period of approximately 10 years served as a project manager in environmental fabrication for an engineering and consulting company. He left that company to join the management of Rinky-Dink. His work experience includes electric log interpretation, cuttings interpretation, geological and geophysical data interpretation, ranking and high-grading of prospects for formulation of exploration strategy, basin analysis, risk assessment, ultimate potential and economic analyses, seismic interpretation, basin modeling, stratigraphic trap modeling, evaluation of structural relief prospects, near-surface static and velocity problems, surface topographic interpretation, market analyses, research, economic evaluation, AFE preparation, industry forecast modeling, and atomic waste disposal management, as well as many other things.

Dick Blodgett Richard Blodgett - Treasurer: A certified public accountant with over twenty-five years of progressive advanced cutting edge experience in accounting, auditing and financial manipulation management. He served as corporate president, treasurer, secretary, director, chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief executive financial officer in charge of operations, and chief accounting officer of a publicly traded oilfield service and oil and gas exploration and development company from April 1952 to August 1999. He is also a director of several other publicly traded energy companies besides Rink-Dink, Inc. He is licensed to practice public accountancy in forty-nine states and the District of Columbia and has been involved in an active practice since 1950. Mr. Blodgett graduated with a degree in business administration and accounting from several universities.
